Healing isn't something I do to you. It's a quiet conversation between your body, the earth beneath us, and the energy that has always been there.
My practice draws from Usui Reiki, Celtic Ogham runes, crystal lore and herbal wisdom — woven together into a session that meets you where you are. No incense-heavy theatre. Just presence, breath, and a warm room where you can put things down.
